Installation Process

Experience a seamless, expedited setup from start to finish. Our proven method efficiently guides every step—from excavation to final circulation testing—to deliver a high-quality, ready-to-use products with speed, precision, and care.

Eight Steps to Your New Oasis

  • Excavation

    The excavation dimensions for the selected unit are detailed in the print set. No additional shaping of the soil is necessary.

  • Foundation

    Base material, typically gravel, is placed in six-inch increments and thoroughly tamped. Even if the underlying field is inconsistent, no additional slope or depth adjustments are necessary.

  • Trenching

    A trench, two feet wide and at least 18 inches deep, is excavated from the unit location to the equipment pad.

  • Placement

    A crane carefully positions the unit over the designated area and gently lowers it into place once it is properly aligned.

  • Plumbing

    All plumbing components are pre-installed prior to shipping. Onsite, additional piping connects the unit to the equipment pad.

  • Backfilling

    The appropriate backfill material—either dirt or gravel—is added in short layers to minimize settling, based on the specific soil conditions.

  • Finish Work

    The interior finish is completed before shipment, requiring only the coping and exterior finish work once the unit arrives on site.

  • Circulation Test

    All equipment is activated and thoroughly tested, after which the owner receives instructions on proper use and maintenance.
